  How to Roast Pumpkin Seeds- 3 Easy Steps

  1. Slice  the top off of the pumpkin. Scoop out the insides. It will be a stringy mess and full of seeds. Before the seeds begin to dry, rinse them seeds under cold water and pick out the pulp and strings
  2. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray and spread the pumpkin seeds in a single layer 
  3. Sprinkle with salt and bake at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes, checking and stirring after 10 minutes.
  4. Let cool and store in an air-tight container.

Variations: Spray seeds with oil and

* Sprinkle seeds with cinnamon

*  Sprinkle seeds with garlic powder and salt

*  Sprinkle seeds with cayenne pepper and Cajun seasoning
